reading the recipes...

this afternoon i headed over to square books to pick up a few christmas presents.  with a cup of chai tea in hand, i browsed while i was waiting on the clerk to help me locate a certain book. i could spend hours in square books. it is the kind of book store that is cozy and quaint and inspiring.

the search for my specific book took me down the street to their annex, off square books. somehow i ended up in front of a table filled with cookbooks, and found that there were several cookbooks i would have liked to take home and look through. whether or not i cook the recipes, i certainly enjoy browsing the recipes and getting ideas.
