christmas recap

I could kick myself for not taking more photos this Christmas season! We had a great evening at my parent's house (the bottom 4 photos are all of my mom's wonderful decorations) celebrating with my brother and his family, a wonderful few days at home cooking, wrapping presents and enjoying the holiday season and then a really fun christmas eve with my parents, lewis' parents and several good friends. Christmas day was the perfect first christmas as a married couple, as we spent the day together eating a big breakfast, exchanging stockings and watching holiday movies.  I guess these few photos will have to supplement the memories, because they are all I've got! 

p.s. When catching up on some blog reading today, my friend Leslie's blog was a humbling reminder that even in a time of such joy for some, there are many that are hurting. Her baby daughter has been pretty sick these last few days and even though it looks like she is on the mend, I'm sure they'd still love your prayers.
