kate spade book clutch

have y'all seen these kate spade book clutches? i don't know how i stumbled upon these but i think they are adorable and sort of smart. wouldn't it be fun with a black dress and some great shoes for a holiday party?

p.s. don't they kind of remind you of the famous carrie bradshaw magazine clutch?
